The screenshots show the three base tracks in the video, one is a close up of the mouth, another has the artist walking and the third has her standing in one place. The ancillary prop was in two of the base tracks to make sure it is visible for long enough in the video for it to become a recognisable symbol of the artist.
Discontinuous editing was used throughout the whole video. Our video didn´t have a planned narrative therefore we felt making the video continuous wasn´t necessary and we were able to play around with the filming and editing a lot more.
We also used jump cuts throughout, we´d jump from scenes of the surrounding area to scenes of the artist lip syncing.
