27. final ideas and influences.

For our final idea we decided to take most of the ideas and camerawork from our original music video which is
Gabrielle Aplin- Home, this is because we want to make it as close to the original music video as possible, such as using the green-nature backgrounds as the ones in the music video.

As we live within the city of London there won't be any open outdoor spaces such as the one in the video so we decided to settle for open areas such as Hampstead Heath or Primrose Hill, where there is various different areas where we can change scenario.

In the original music video you see her checking into a motel, using the bed and the bathroom. Due to funds-wise we decided we will be using the house of one of the members in our group, Dianas. In the indoor scenes, we will be using her bedroom to remake the motel scenes and the bathroom ones we got from the idea of a Taylor Swift music video.

This was the original indoor bedroom scene from the music video Home, we wanted to change it so we could get more of a wider and longer shot, to be able to see her surroundings, we also wanted to include the indoor scenes and change the last chorus so that she is with her boyfriend as the chorus says "home is where the heart is" and we want the audience to know that her heart lays with her boyfriend.

For us to change the shot for this specific scene we took an idea from the song Back to December - Taylor Swift.

In this shot we will have our performer with her boyfriend instead of being alone.

We also wanted to include this scene in our music video:

Even though in the original music video of Home we do not see Gabrielle Aplin in the bath, we do have her enter and singing in the bathroom. We felt as if this scene portrayed a sense of loneliness and we want that to be the atmosphere in the beginning parts of our music video until she if re-united with her boyfriend.
